Detailed Product Description

A. dosing system:

    Auger filler dosage for non free-flow products.

    Measuring cup dosage for free-flow products.

    Pneumatic pump dosage for cream and gels products.

    Peristaltic dosing system for liquid products.

B. The machine equipped with deduster to control the flow of powder during filling.

C. The machine equipped with collector for pack material that be cut beside two sides about 8 mm.

D. equipped with pre-cut cutter system

E. The device impresses Date and batch is option:

   1)Steel word impress on horizontal sealing Jew.

   2) Single colors ribbon impress

   3) Rotary ink printing unit by heat transfer

   4) spray-ink printer

F. The machine is totally PLC controlled and sealing temperature is controlled, through PID temperature controller.

G. There is photo-sensor system to ensure position of design on the sachet in correct

H. When pack material is end, machine will stop automatically and alarm. And there are device to ensure connect new pack material correctly. If joint in pack material is finded, machine will lower its speed automatically until the joint pass completely. The sachet which joint is there no dosing. 

K. The power to seal is compress air (7 bar), and pressure of compress air showed on the board real time. When pressure not enough machine will stop automatically and alarm.
